Business Analyst with English in ROMANIA

Job requirements:

• Capture, analyze and translate business requirements accurately and translated into technical specifications;
• Lead projects to deliver critical business and compliance functionality, ensuring stakeholder engagement;
• Drive continuous improvement through automation & data analytics;
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance operational excellence;
• Delivering high quality services in order to meet/ exceed customer’s expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions;
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts;
• Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements;
• Manage data confidentiality and quality, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies;
• Identifying best approaches for the day to day operations in order to continuous improving the activity;

Candidate’ profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; postgraduate studies a plus;
• Advanced English language skills;
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Data Management and Reporting;
• Professional qualifications in order management, supply chain, logistics;
• Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel (VBA/Macros), SQL, SAP Hana, and PowerBI;
• Experience in data management, reporting, and designing business solutions;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong planning and organizational skills, proactive and self-motivated;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently;
