Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UI/UX Designer & Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and creating visually appealing web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring seamless interaction and engagement for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX).
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Collaborate with backend developers and product managers to define and implement integration protocols for web applications.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across different platforms and devices.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics to enhance user satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and web development.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and web development.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with backend development (Node.js, PHP, etc.) and database management.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
A degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
