Multimedia Designer | Permanent WFH in PHILIPPINES

HOPLA.Online is looking for an experienced Creative/Multimedia Designer who will execute social media designs, ads, videos, websites, and other marketing materials (including corporate presentations) from the concept to the final hand-off.

Your days will be filled with:

• Work on designs to promote various brands
• Execute Social Media designs, ads, videos, websites, and other marketing materials (including corporate presentations) from the concept to the final hand-off
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
• Extensive experience in creating designs & videos used in Email Campaigns, Social Media & Ads
• Has an eye for details and can easily switch between different branding & styles

Who we are looking for:

• At least 5 years experience as a Multimedia Designer
• Be able to change direction based on client feedback
• Be able to prioritize workload (based on direction from an Account Manager)
• Have an eye for accuracy, detail, and quality control.
• Have excellent communication and client handling skills
• Can actively communicate with customers in written English in real-time.
• Experience of managing multiple projects to deadlines
• Up-to-date knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Adobe AfterEffects and Photoshop
• Have experience creating presentations in PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Have experience utilizing Canva.
• Be able to follow Brand Guidelines and directions
• Can create 2D animations, kinetic typography, advanced titling, and basic composites over video.
• Create original graphic design work that is both beautiful and gets the message across
• Create original and out-of-the-box motion graphics from scratch following the client’s project brief.
• Refine designs using Adobe AfterEffects software.
• Have a current portfolio of work available for review that includes a motion graphics reel that displays your animation experience, critical thinking skills, and animation process.
• Experience of standout AI image generation/Figma Design/User Experience Screens is a plus
• Ok to use a time-tracking tool
• Preferably can start ASAP

We offer:

• Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM AEST
• Base pay: PHP 40,000 to PHP 45,000
• Monthly allowance: PHP 5,000
• HMO, insurance and paid leaves after a 3-month probationary period
