Rewards & Performance Partner (m/f/d) – Cologne


Brilliant opportunity to work autonomously with all the support from your piers across Europe and Germany. This pivotal role is responsible for evaluating and optimizing compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. The position covers the Rewards function across Germany with smaller entities across Europe.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement compensation strategies cross border.
  • Support HR Business Partners with tasks such as job evaluations, bonus calculations, and benefits management.
  • Lead the regional Compensation & Benefits network, ensuring competitive and fair employee rewards.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support financial forecasting and cost planning.
  • Partner with the Europe Commercial Excellence team to standardize sales incentives.
  • Manage reward projects and communicate employee benefits.
  • Perform in-depth reward analyses and contribute to external salary and benefits surveys.
  • Lead the annual performance review and compensation planning process


Experience:

  • Min 3-4 years experience in Reward / C&B roles.
  • Works council experience is beneficial.
  • Proven experience working in multinational and multicultural environments.
  • Senior Stakeholder management with HRBPs, finance and legal.


Skills:

  • Strong ability to balance strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of working across borders and within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday is a plus.


Languages:

  • Fluent in English and German is a must have to be considered, other languages a plus.
