Program Office Manager in SPAIN

About the Role:

TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) is looking for a motivated Junior Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the engineering team by helping to create and align a delivery roadmap with the business unit. You will ensure clear communication about the engineering team’s needs and potential risks. Additionally, you will be part of the team modernizing our payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the engineering team in developing a delivery roadmap.
• Help align the delivery roadmap with business unit goals.
• Communicate the engineering team’s needs and potential risks clearly.
• Contribute to the modernization of payment processes.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive reporting for various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2 -3 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Good understanding of AWS.
• Having supported a Project with AWS before.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
