Job Title: Multilingual Payroll Specialist

Company: Global Leading BioPharmaceutical Company

Contract Duration: 6 months contract with an high chance of extension

FTE; Full time (37.5 hours/week)

Location: Fully remote anywhere in the UK

Role Summary


Our client is seeking a Multilingual Payroll Specialist with At least 2+ years of experience in a multinational payroll environment and good knowledge of Workday. All team members are Bi-Lingual and the manager speaks 4 languages **


Our client is also seeking a candidate with experience in migration of a new service provider/vendor. They outsource the actual pay roll itself but they need someone who understands the in-country intricacies to help set it up. Experience with an outsourced model would be good and transitioning to a new outsourced provider would be very beneficial


See Responsibilities below;

  • Collaborate with other European HR colleagues, various 3rd party payroll providers and accounting.
  • This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion employee payroll processing for designated countries in EMEA.
  • This position will be in charge of inputting, organizing, updating, changing information in our payroll systems in addition to preparing of legal requirements for taxes, audits, and other payroll related reporting.


Required Experience


  • Experience Running payroll in multiple countries - UK, Poland, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, Italy, Israel.
  • Fluency in English and atleast 1 or 2 other European languagues
  • Experience with TMF Horizon, Abacus, Excel, Power BI, Concur, Workday.
  • Workday knowledge is a strong advantage,
