I’m Alex from Adcrate. We run a lean, but fast-growing paid social creative agency and we’ve begun to establish ourselves as one of the leaders in the space. We are looking for our very first full-time HR Specialist to help out with a number of tasks around the business and our growing number of employees.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of all of the HR responsibilities in the company, grow with a business and possibly at some point, lead a team.

- Work with some of the biggest DTC brands in the US (including Huel, Harry’s, Laura Geller and many more)
- Are still relatively small - currently a team of 25. This is a chance to grow with the company, progress as a HR Specialist and make a real impact
What we’re looking for! 👀
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- 1+ years of HR experience (including recruitment and onboarding in a remote setting)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employee engagement and compliance
- Excellent communication skills to foster a positive and inclusive remote work culture
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes efficiently
- Proficiency with HR tools and software for managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee feedback
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating a supportive work environment
What you’ll be doing! 👨💻
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the company, from posting job ads to onboarding
- Developing and improving the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team
- Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives by conducting regular check-ins and managing internal surveys
- Assisting with performance management by coordinating reviews and supporting employee development plans
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations, especially in a fully remote setup
- Overseeing payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team
- Organizing virtual team-building activities and annual retreats to foster strong team connections

- Slack: for communication (gifs & memes welcomed)
- Weekly Sync: Every Monday at 2pm GMT, we all jump on a call. The purpose of this is to keep everyone aligned by reviewing important KPIs & discuss any issues or challenges anyone is facing. Also more importantly - to catch up on how everyone’s weekend went!
- Yearly retreat: Every year we’ll all fly to somewhere cool, reflect on the year so far, celebrate progress and play games!
Working Hours ⌚
This role is entirely remote. The work hours are 9am-5pm UK Time Monday-Friday.
