My client is looking for a Physics Programmer to join their team to work on a MMO survival title. The salary on offer is up to the equivalent 60k euros (depending on the candidate). This can provide relocation opportunities if needed.
The client is looking for you to bring a fresh take on creating/implementing physics systems for a multiplayer game. You will be responsible for implementing physics models/algorithms for real world vehicles. You will also be expected to maintain/optimise physics simulation code for multiple platforms to make the game more efficient. Lastly, you will be expected to mentor/train other junior engineers.
Responsibilities
Implement physics models/algorithms for real world vehicles.
Maintain/optimise physics simulation code for multiple platforms.
Mentor/train other junior engineers.
Requirements
Several years’ experience working with C++.
Worked/published at least 2 multiplayer games.
Experience with 3D Maths.
Experience with physics engines such as Havok, PhysX, Bullet etc.
Good understanding of different game engines such as Unreal, Unity.
