Role: Senior Scala Developer

Location: Berlin (Hybrid - 2 x per week)

Salary: Up to €90,000 (dependent on experience)

Visa sponsorship and relocation is not offered

Signify Technology are partnered with fintech company dedicated to revolutionizing international payments for e-commerce and retail businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Build new features for the risk management platform
  • Deploy using automated GitHub CI and Argo CD
  • Improve automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Maintain and support platform components


About You

  • 3+ years experience with Scala.
  • Commercial experience with ZIO.
  • Worked with databases including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes
  • Experienced with Kafka
  • Strong skills in automated testing and a collaborative, communicative mindset


Bonus:

  • Scripting language experience (Python or Bash)
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD principles.
