We are now expanding to Spain and hiring a (Junior) Program Manager to support us with our international projects.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the engineering team to map out a delivery roadmap
• Align delivery roadmap with business unit
• Give transparency about engineering teams' needs and risk areas
• Leverage your knowledge & experience in the management of Cloud Migrations / Cloud Transformations to bridge the gap between business and engineering teams
• Maintain a comprehensive roadmap reporting that aligns with the different stakeholders

Who you are:

• You have a few years of experience in program management or project management or similar, with a focus on technical products like managing Cloud transformation projects (ideally AWS).
• You bring a technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You show strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• You champion Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
