Inviting all Principal/Staff/Lead Engineers to join a global fintech team!
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the CTO and VP, and designing, implementing, and maintaining high-level, innovative financial software systems using Java. You'll create scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

What You'll Do.
- Design and implement top-tier software solutions, prioritizing security and scalability
- Collaborate across multiple teams, and working closely with the core team
- Enhance software reliability and performance through testing, monitoring, and maintenance
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Stay up-to-date with fintech trends and integrate new technologies
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- More than 8 years of software development experience
- Deep expertise in OOP, Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Experience with Node.js and Golang is a plus
- Strong grasp of software design patterns and database design principles, and hands-on experience in designing RESTful web services
- Familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Well-versed in Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration and delivery
- Strong communication skills that enable effective collaboration
- This role is open to Indonesian candidates willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Relocation assistance is provided.
