Currently we are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager / Community Manager who:


  • Possesses excellent communication skills and is proficient in B2B communication on social media, as well as engaging with platform users (B2C).
  • Is up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and knows how to leverage them effectively to build a community around the brand.
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation in creating engaging marketing content while keeping sales goals in mind.
  • Has an analytical approach to measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of social media activities.


What We Expect:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in brand communication on social media (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, Instagram).
  • Strong organizational skills, self-reliance in executing assigned tasks, and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level).
  • Proficiency in Polish (both written and spoken).
  • Good planning and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and readiness to implement changes (we work in a dynamic environment).
  • Ability to make independent decisions and set priorities.
  • Proactive approach to tasks and a strong motivation for professional development and expanding knowledge in social media.
  • The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in social media, analytical tools, and strategies for engaging online communities.


Nice to Have:


  • Experience in the Fintech industry.
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns on social media.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva and CapCut (for graphic design and video creation).
  • Experience in preparing ad copy for LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, and Slack.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Managing content and communication on social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, X, Discord).
  • Planning and executing the publishing schedule.
  • Building relationships with community members through regular interactions and responding to questions and comments.
  • Using analytical tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign results.
  • Optimizing content based on data analysis to increase engagement and achieve business goals.
  • Identifying new trends and opportunities in social media and recommending innovative solutions.
