Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years of relevant work experience as a software developer
2+ years of project management experience leading teams of 3+ engineers
Strong leadership and organizational skills, including project scheduling
Familiarity with our tech stack (Git, AWS, PHP: Laravel, MySQL, and React) is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software developers using the latest technologies
Deliver software projects within scope, schedule, and quality parameters
Apply industry best practices to prepare systems for release to Test, QA, and Production environments
Resolve issues in company-developed applications, collaborating with IT staff and debugging as needed
Follow and suggest updates to our Software Development LifeCycle standards
