What you will be doing:
Run the entire ui/ux system
Manage a design team
Work on improving the design of the mobile app and web version
Test the product, analyze the market and research competitors
Work closely with a cross-functional team (sales, engineers, product managers, etc.)
Communicate a lot with users and get feedback directly
Working on UX parts as well as UI
Requirements
Experience in mobile app design
5+ years commercial experience
3+ years in management design teams
Experience in projects focused on B2C market (US, Europe markets are an advantage)
English level from C1 and above
Willingness to work in an active fast-paced product development environment
