About The Role

We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst who is passionate about ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will be involved from the early stages of product development, helping to define and document requirements, create test cases, and ensure that features are seamlessly integrated into our platform.

What You'll Own

• Participate in product meetings to gather a thorough understanding of new feature requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential gaps and gray areas in requirements, providing early feedback to help refine and enhance the product.
• Document functional UI test cases for software engineers to automate, ensuring these align with the intended design and user journey.
• Perform manual testing when necessary to validate the overall user experience and ensure all edge cases are covered.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of test scenarios, results, and identified issues.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and support teams to address any quality concerns raised by clients.

What You Need To Succeed

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex requirements and identify gaps early in the process.
• Experience in documenting test cases and scenarios that cover both functional and user journey aspects of software features.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, UI, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with software development processes and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or other ticketing systems.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate requirements, gaps, and test results effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
