Job Title: Web Designer/ UX Designer
Salary: 30k-50K BDT per month.
Nature: Full-Time (8 hours)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (5 days a week)

Description:
We are looking for talented Web-designers who can make beautiful looking websites and visuals for web. I know many of you are really good at mobile apps, products or maybe landing pages, but we are strictly looking for designers who have good eyes and grasp of websites, how modern and minimal styling looks and some visual direction in themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that you are used to work under a project manager.
- We love Figma. So, you have to both document, organize, create wireframes, mood-boards and high-fidelity designs all in Figma.
- We hate micro-managing. You have to be self-inspired, and be responsible most of the time.
- Need to have a very good ideas on Figma-plugins, Auto-layouts, Styles, design direction and consistent layouts
- Should be able to Implement brand guidelines into beautiful looking websites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Year Experience (Should be proven)
- Anything and everything about Figma, A bit of prototyping, in-depth understanding of styling.
- Should be able to maintain timeline and office hours, we are strict about timing and communication.
