About the role

As an Endpoint Security Professional Services Consultant, you will deliver expert-level endpoint security solutions and services to clients. This involves assessing client needs, designing tailored security strategies, and providing implementation and ongoing support to ensure comprehensive endpoint protection. Your responsibilities will cover several critical areas, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Assessment: Conduct in-depth assessments of client environments to identify security needs and endpoint vulnerabilities.
• Solution Design: Create customized endpoint security solutions based on client requirements, utilizing industry best practices and leading technologies.
• Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of endpoint security solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Training and Support: Train client IT teams on endpoint security tools and best practices, while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Incident Response: Assist clients with responding to security incidents, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Policy Development: Help clients create and implement endpoint security policies to meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of client engagements, including assessments, solution designs, and implementation processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest endpoint security trends and recommend enhancements to client security measures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

About you

You will have a strong technical background, with experience in IT infrastructure (on-premises, hybrid, and/or cloud-native) within large organizations or a leading IT consultancy, providing endpoint services to multiple clients. You should hold relevant certifications and have a proven track record in designing and deploying endpoint solutions, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

This role will suit someone who enjoys staying current with technological advancements through hands-on solution delivery while continuing to develop their career in digital transformation.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering endpoint solutions
• Professional certifications in one or more endpoint technologies
• Knowledge of modern Security Operations Center (SoC) practices
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and emerging trends
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to solve technical and operational challenges based on informed decision-making
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity, with the ability to lead presentations, training, and meetings effectively
