About The Role
We are looking for a mid or senior-level digital designer to join our team remotely in a full-time capacity. You should be confident in web design, graphic design, and brand design. Experience in website UX and website development is a plus. Approximately 85% of your work will be website design with the remainder being various graphic design needs. Read below for more details. Ideally, we’d like at least three years of relevant experience, but we will still consider candidates with less experience if you have an advanced portfolio.
Responsibilities
Execute the design of web sites, landing pages, wireframes, and various brand materials for client and internal projects.
Brainstorm with our design and marketing team to understand the clients' needs and deliver design solutions that meet those needs
Participate in design critiques with our head of design. You should be able and willing to take and give feedback. Our critics are not a one way street.
Ensure deliverables are of high quality and consistent with creative direction, best practices, and guidelines.

Requirements
3+ years of web design work experience.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and still meet deadlines.
A deep attention to detail and a meticulous dedication to proper delivery.
Strong knowledge of web design best practices related to interaction design, accessibility, and typography.
Proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Demonstrate the ability to discuss your designs and explain the design choices you made.
Has strong verbal communication skills.
Should submit a portfolio.
Thinking analytically through the entire customer experience of our clients and providing design solutions to help improve it.
Have an understanding of the website development process and how to design for development.
Development experience is not required, but it would be a big plus, specifically Webflow development.
Solving difficult problems and overcoming challenges.
Learning and staying on top of the latest technology and changes.
