As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a passionate and skilled CTO to lead our technical team. This role is pivotal in defining our technical stack and building a talented team to deliver impactful AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the technical stack for our Forward Path AI, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
• Lead the development and delivery of AI projects, overseeing technical execution from conception to deployment.
• Build and manage a high-performing technical team, enabling a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, ensuring our firm remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Preference will be given to someone leaving a corporate world, feeling stuck in bored in a traditional griding career
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects within the AI/tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Language Model APIs (LMM APIs).
• Experience in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Leader with a clear vision and sense of ownership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• A passion for AI and its transformative potential in various industries.
