Responsibilities
- Support the development and deployment of invoice- and expense management systems.
- Analysis of the requirements of our Business Units (Land, Air, Ocean, CL/SCM) towards our global standard solutions
- Support improving and harmonization of processes in collaboration with SGBS, the business units and the Regions, Clusters and Countries for invoice and expense management
- Coordinate test activities on all levels (BVT, UAT and others) with Business Units and Business Functions
- Providing trainings and onboarding for new applications and prepare the relevant documentation.
- Support the Finance Global Process Owner Organization
- Monitoring of related KPIs.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Project- and Roll-out management experience (implementation, testing, roll-out etc.)
- Previous experience in finance/accounting environment is mandatory
- Previous SAP experience is considered a plus
- Independent and structured way of working and taking ownership of tasks
- Excellent English language skills, additional; European languages are very beneficial
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Very good communication skills also on management level
