Now, we’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to drive marketing, acquisition, and growth initiatives.

• Support Growth Strategies: Work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and optimize marketing campaigns to acquire and retain both sides of our user base. This includes taking ownership of our marketing channels.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive user growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate on Product Initiatives: Work closely with the Product Team to improve the product experience, identifying new ways to drive adoption and enhance the customer journey.
• Run Experiments: Help design and run tests, campaigns, and improvements across multiple marketing channels and product features to unlock growth potential.
• Market Research: Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and user behaviors to identify new opportunities for growth. Must be willing to jump in interviews with customers to gather insights and collect feedback to help shape the product direction.
  

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, growth, or product role (internships and extracurriculars are a plus)
• Passion for Data: You love digging into metrics and can use data to inform decisions.
• Strong Communication Skills: Whether it’s drafting content, writing a report or leading a meeting, you know how to get your point across.
• Curiosity & Creativity: You’re excited about solving problems in innovative ways and are constantly looking for ways to improve.
• Basic understanding of user acquisition, growth funnels, and customer engagement (bonus if you’ve worked with paid campaigns, SEO, or email marketing!).
• You’re eager to learn the ins and outs of product and marketing management and grow your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Initiative and drive: You’re a self-starter who needs little supervision. You take pride in the quality of your work, and you derive satisfaction from achieving results.
