What are we looking for?
Skills Required
3+ years of experience in project management roles for marketing agencies
Proven experience in managing relationships with clients directly.
Proficiency with ClickUp to manage projects and tasks.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Understanding of digital marketing.
Nice To Have
Preferably experience within HubSpot partner or marketing agency
Experience with other CRM systems and project management tools.
Background in revenue operations or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy
What will you do?
Project Planning And Coordination
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Project Execution And Monitoring
Lead project execution, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the project plan.
Monitor project progress, track performance, and identify and resolve issues promptly.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status and any changes.
Client Engagement And Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams.
ClickUp Management
Utilise ClickUp to manage project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure proper setup and utilisation of ClickUp features to enhance project management and client engagement.
Train and support clients and team members on ClickUp functionalities as needed.
