Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in project management roles for marketing agencies
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with clients directly.
  • Proficiency with ClickUp to manage projects and tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital marketing.

Nice To Have

  • Preferably experience within HubSpot partner or marketing agency
  • Experience with other CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Background in revenue operations or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy

What will you do?

Project Planning And Coordination

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Execution And Monitoring

  • Lead project execution, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the project plan.
  • Monitor project progress, track performance, and identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status and any changes.

Client Engagement And Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams.

ClickUp Management

  • Utilise ClickUp to manage project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure proper setup and utilisation of ClickUp features to enhance project management and client engagement.
  • Train and support clients and team members on ClickUp functionalities as needed.
