How does it work? Oneday brings together hyper-high quality video content, mentorship and community to provide founders with the direction and support they need to launch a business. The programme is a fully accredited MBA, but remains fiercely practical and business outcome focused.

Specifically, we are looking for:

• Experience in editing social media and widescreen ads and educational content
• Produce video content of superlative quality
• Work collaboratively with other members of the creative team and contribute to the creative direction of each product
• Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve, After Effects animation skills should be at least on a beginner level to create from templates
• Able to select relevant, impactful music tracks

Experience required:

• 3 years experience in editing
• Familiarity with Photoshop and/or Figma
• Some experience in sound design and audio mixing via all NLEs and Adobe Audition
• Colour correction and colour grading, via Davinci Resolve
• Knowledge of different export and delivery settings for various social channels

Great to have:

• Experience of developing a learning product or qualification
• Direct experience of being a founder
• Ability to design and deliver high quality 2D animation content, including titles, animated infographics and other motion design via Adobe After Effects, optimised for web and social media distribution
