Job Role
Lead and manage a team of around 10 system administrators and IT technicians, overseeing both technical and disciplinary aspects.
Analyse customer technical needs and align team skills to meet those requirements.
Develop, design, and document IT infrastructure for Linux, Windows, and storage systems.
Coordinate and prioritize actions to resolve issues when disruptions occur.
Ensure clear and competent communication with customers.
Work within modern virtualization environments, including VMware and Nutanix.
Support software development by aiding the transition to modern deployment processes.
Your profile:
Completed a technical apprenticeship or IT-focused degree with several years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in project planning and implementation; ideally, you have also managed teams technically or disciplinarily.
Strong team player with reliability, empathy, and excellent analytical skills.
Quick learner who works independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Possess broad, up-to-date IT knowledge to ensure professional competence.
