UX/UI Designer (Remote) in TüRKIYE

We are looking for UX/UI Designer!

Meet the job

• As a UX Designer, you will work with product managers and engineers to design and build digital products/features which helps brands engage with their customers.
• You will solve real customer problems by designing mobile application / web experiences from strategy to launch .

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate requirements and understand objectives for new projects (new mobile app, new features, etc.)
• Design userflows, wireframes and high-fidelity concepts
• Rapidly prototype conceptual product/feature ideas
• Create and improve design systems
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to design intuitive, functional, and aesthetic user interfaces to achieve business goals.
• Continuously optimize and take responsibility for the overall product experience.
• Ensure design standards are maintained and improve by best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ Years Experience in UX and UI design, multiple design projects from strategy to launch
• Experience designing UX for consumer-facing (B2C) products across mobile app and web
• Experience designing and prototyping within interface design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD).
• Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography
• Experience in strategic product thinking; develope product goals, identify opportunitiesvand make decisions based on the impact to people and the company
• Ability to iterate quickly and generate a wide range of design concepts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling rapid changes and less-than-ideal situations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with front-end development
• Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including web, iOS, and Android
• Experience designing non-consumer-facing products across web
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development (Scrum)
