We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Office / HR Manager.


The Ideal candidate is someone who can maintain a structured and supportive workplace culture while working closely with different teams, ensuring that the operational and human resource functions run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires expertise in HR processes, payroll, labor compliance, and office management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.


The salary is in USD per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority.


Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered.

Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.

The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:


Human Resources Management:

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, and work with HR partners to streamline the candidate experience.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Guide new employees through the onboarding process and manage exits to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Performance Management: Develop annual review processes and create performance evaluation models aligned with company values.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures including pay bands, incentives, and regional adjustments.
  • Payroll Management: Work closely with Accounting/Finance to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processes.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the main contact for internal complaints, fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • HR Systems Expertise: Oversee HR systems like Rippling for effective management and optimization.
  • Labor Agreements: Maintain and update labor contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.


Office Management:

  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning, from supplies to technology support.
  • Workload Management: Verify hours and manage workloads through tools like Hubstaff to maintain productivity and compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Handle relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality service and up-to-date contracts.


We Are Looking for a Leader With:

  • Proven experience in a dual HR and Office Management role, ideally in a small to medium-sized company or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance, with multi-region experience being a plus.
  • Expertise with HR systems, particularly Rippling, and proficiency in Hubstaff or similar time-tracking tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience working closely with accounting/finance teams on payroll and budget management.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Office Management roles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems (Rippling preferred) and time-tracking software (Hubstaff preferred).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations across multiple regions is a plus.
  • Experience in the ecommerce industry is highly preferred.
