We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to support our partners on full life cycle recruitment for top technology companies across the US. You will get to be involved from soup to nuts from defining the search strategy to interviewing candidates and working with founders and CEO’s from all different industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and reviewing candidate LinkedIn profiles, as well as directing the research team on identifying top tier talent. This role will require exceptional communication and leadership skills, as well as an ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the partners on managing the end-to-end recruitment process by evaluating candidate profiles, managing communication, and assisting in screening as necessary
  • Work closely with partners to create a sourcing strategy for each role and create company lists to effectively map the market for all relevant talent
  • Direct the research team to help calibrate on searches, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Participate in weekly client meetings and strategy sessions with hiring managers
  • Craft effective and personalized outreach emails to potential candidates or clients
  • Collaborate with Partners to create job descriptions and company decks
  • Proactively recommend changes in strategy when tactics prove ineffective
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements: The successful candidate will be able to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including those that may evolve on a day-to-day basis based on the needs of the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting from a top tech company, agency or search firm
  • Experience identifying, attracting and hiring top-tier talent
  • Incredible writing and communication skills, ability to write complex messages, job descriptions and more
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Confidence, polish and executive presence
  • Ability to assess and understand complex job requirements and business needs.
  • Extremely proactive - takes initiative and actions to prevent or address potential problems before they arise
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fully remote, but ability to overlap work east coast hours (10~5pm)
