To take our product to the next level of impact, we are currently looking for a Webflow Designer/Developer. This position offers an opportunity to drive significant change in the mental health landscape.

At Unobravo, our marketing site is a crucial platform where people get their first glimpse of who we are and what we offer. It's where we engage, inform, and convert visitors into loyal customers. Having recently transitioned to Webflow, we're searching for a designer with strong Webflow development skills to help us drive the next phase of our digital growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our product and brand/marketing design teams, while also incorporating insights from product, marketing, SEO, and legal stakeholders. We’re seeking a creative individual passionate about building a compelling brand and content experience that motivates teams to focus on mental health with Unobravo.

💻 AS A WEBFLOW DESIGNER/DEVELOPER YOU WILL:

Design

• Craft and develop visually stunning, responsive, and SEO-optimized websites and landing pages using Figma and Webflow.
• Develop and manage user-friendly Figma files for both designers and developers.
• Educate and guide team members on the capabilities and limitations of building in Webflow while presenting Figma designs.
• Design and provide direction for website interactions and micro-animations to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure all designs are accessible to ensure everyone can find out about Unobravo.

Build

• Create and update websites and landing pages, ensuring they are user-friendly and easily expandable by team members.
• Design intuitive CMS structures that simplify content creation and updates.
• Integrate third-party JavaScript libraries within Webflow to expand the functionality of the website.
• Implement and maintain SEO strategies to ensure high visibility and incorporate them into website content.
• Manage the Weblow localisation features to deploy the site in our supported language translations, while being mindful of SEO
• Connect our websites to third-party tools for analytics, tracking, automation, and design.
• Develop and debug custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to introduce new features and enhance functionality.
• Experiment with different approaches and designs to optimise performance
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).

Maintain

• Update and enhance the existing Webflow website, ensuring it continues to meet evolving needs.
• Review and refine work done by other team members, making improvements without disrupting existing styles or creating redundant classes.
• Manage the Weblow vendor relationship to ensure the right level of plan.

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years in web design and development, with a portfolio demonstrating your Webflow projects.
• Design Expertise: Proven ability to design visually appealing, responsive websites that comply with accessibility standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Webflow’s frameworks, visual editor, grid system, interactions, and animations. Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to write custom code.
• Collaboration Skills: Able to work independently or within a team; experience in a client-facing role or agency environment is a plus.
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices, site performance, page speed, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Problem Solving: Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging within the Webflow environment.
• Analytics & Experimentation: Experience using analytics and experimentation tools to track and measure site performance and user engagement.

Bonus Skills:

• Advanced front-end development abilities, including complex layouts and animations.
• Experience with 3D design tools like Spline and Rive
