Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated medior/senior Power Automate Business Analyst/Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, specially Power Automate, to design, develop, and implement automated workflows that enhance our customer's business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions across Power Platform components, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, to automate workflows, build applications, and create data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex requirements into robust Power Platform solutions.
  • Identify and implement improvements within existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Power Platform, providing technical guidance and support to junior team members and end-users.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, workflow processes, and user guides.
  • Stay informed about Power Platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure solutions are innovative and aligned with current standards.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing workflows, applications, and reports within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, data modeling, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in integrating Power Platform solutions with various data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certifications or other relevant credentials
