Job Title: AVP Java Developer

Location: Prague (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to 120,000 CZK/month

Relocation: Available for EU & Ukrainian Citizens

We are looking for a skilled AVP Java Developer to join our Investment Bank in Prague. In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement solutions to solve complex business problems, collaborating with stakeholders to understand and deliver on their needs, while balancing technical risks and business delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software solutions in Java to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and address needs
• Analyse submitted code and infer issues for troubleshooting and optimization

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Core Java in a commercial environment
• Familiarity with Linux or other UNIX-based systems
• Ability to analyse code and identify issues effectively
• EU or Ukrainian citizenship (Relocation support available)
