Product Manager

A SaaS company is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a genuine interest in technology, to help them deliver their platform clients that range across multiple sectors.

This is a fully remote role, with offices in Birmingham, and is suitable for someone who has worked in a SaaS environment previously.

Role: Product Owner

Location: Fully Remote w. Offices in Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: £60,000- £70,000 (dependent on skill level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap Ownership: Own and champion your areas of the overall product roadmap within the business and engineering teams.
• Product Development: Lead the entire product development process, from initial concept to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Customer Focus: Understand customer requirements and market trends. Gather and analyse customer feedback, conduct market research, and ensure that the customer's perspective is reflected in product decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries. Translate technical concepts and detailed product features into clear, business-friendly stories for stakeholders at all levels.
• Decision Making: Take ownership of product decisions, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with company objectives. Be comfortable making tough decisions in uncertain situations, effectively balancing competing priorities (with support from the team and leadership, of course!).
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, positive team environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Technical Proficiency: Engage confidently in discussions about technical topics with engineering and data teams. Ensure that product decisions are technically feasible and aligned with business needs.
• Innovation: Continuously seek out opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
