MISSIONS
Design and develop the core infrastructure that will support both engineering teams and customers.
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code deployments and configure large-scale clusters for networking, storage, and compute resources.
Integrate and maintain open-source components within our evolving technology stack.
Collaborate with engineers to develop custom solutions addressing our unique challenges.
Develop and enhance tools that increase team efficiency, including CI/CD, local development configurations, build toolchains, and essential infrastructure.
Create a roadmap for the development of software components, aligned with team priorities and vision.
Take the lead in defining and achieving our technical goals.
PROFILE
○ Required Setup
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Expertise in distributed systems and Linux systems engineering, with experience in production environments.
Proficiency in either Python or Golang (a background as a Software Engineer is required).
Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code tools and automation like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in spoken and written English (all communication is in English).

Experience in developing and improving compute, storage, and data platforms with a background in open-source products.
Proven problem-solving abilities and communication skills to effectively address complex platform engineering challenges.
