Founded by DeFi entrepreneurs who launched Structure Finance, a pioneering startup, we are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our team. We are progressing through critical phases of project development, aiming to redefine decentralized finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the MVP web application for our proprietary trading strategy executed on decentralized exchanges.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure successful completion of project milestones.
- Design and implement a user-friendly interface for our upcoming decentralized exchange focused on perpetual swaps.
Current Project Development Stage: Our project is currently in phase one, focusing on developing and refining a proprietary trading strategy executed on decentralized exchanges, with an expected completion within the next few months. Phase two will involve the development of our own decentralized exchange, emphasizing perpetual swaps.
Candidate Profiles Considered: We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Preference is given to individuals with a strong foundation in systems programming. Candidates with a background in gaming are encouraged to apply, leveraging their solid computer science skills and openness to learning finance concepts.
Profile the Company is Seeking: Ideal candidates are early in their careers, passionate about systems programming, and eager to expand their knowledge. While prior experience in finance or trading is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Structure Finance values humility, motivation, and a proactive approach to learning and development within our collaborative team environment.
Technical Stack: Our project utilizes Rust and TypeScript. Proficiency in these languages is preferred, though candidates with experience in C++ or related languages will also be considered. We believe candidates with the right mindset and relevant experience can quickly adapt to our specific programming languages.
