An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retention Manager to lead a team ofretention agents at a leading regulated FX company based in Mexico City. This role is designedfor a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in customer retention and teammanagement, looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be offered a full relocation package and an extremely competitivesalary.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of retention agents to ensurehigh performance and effective client retention strategies.
Retention Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive customer retentionstrategies to increase client loyalty and lifetime value.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance through KPIs and regularevaluations, providing feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Client Engagement: Ensure the team maintains regular contact with existing clients,addressing their needs and concerns to enhance their trading experience.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor client behavior, identify trends, anddevelop targeted retention campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customerservice teams to ensure a seamless client experience and address any issues that mayarise.
Feedback Management: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services andprocesses continually.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on retention activities, team performance, clientsatisfaction, and overall performance to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all retention activities are conducted in compliance with regulatoryrequirements and company policies.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financialservices industry, preferably in FX or a related sector, with at least 2 years of experiencemanaging a team.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships withclients and motivate the team.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful retentionstrategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and makeinformed decisions.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools. Language: Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a Bonus.
