Project Information
- Remote work: 100% Remote
- Budget: b2b 120-140 PLN/net/h + VAT
- Project language: English
- Start date: ASAP/ depending on candidate's availability
- Continuously improve and evolve the core backend services that power our platform to meet business and product needs
- Participate in technical design discussions to define the best approaches and trade-offs for implementing new features and capabilities
- Apply and champion best practices in software development, including writing clean, maintainable code, testing, and ensuring high performance and scalability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Content, SEO) to ensure a collaborative, product-focused engineering environment
- Play an active role in optimizing and scaling our global products, focusing on performance, observability, and improving development and team efficiency
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Deep understanding of backend development, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes, working iteratively to meet product and business objectives.
- English: B2, C1, C2
- Experience or knowledge in Elixir, or a strong desire to learn and work with the language in a production environment
- Full-time job agreement
