Job Description
The Relocation Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing operations, with a focus on promoting course and career programs like the Working Holiday Visa (WHV) and Australian internship programs to Indonesian students. The role requires strong leadership and business development skills, as well as the ability to build strategic relationships with educational institutions and other key partners. The Relocation Manager will ensure the smooth execution of relocation services, provide team support, and drive growth. The pay ranges from IDR 10.000.000 to IDR 12.000.000, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring all activities align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance on client management, partnership building, and service delivery.
- Oversee the execution of the WHV and internship programs, ensuring a seamless experience for all students and clients.
2. Business Development & Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, schools, and other relevant institutions to promote the company's services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, expanding the reach of programs and services.
- Collaborate with local partners to create joint initiatives and increase the visibility of relocation services.
3. Client Consultation & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for high-priority clients, providing expert guidance and personalized solutions throughout the relocation process.
- Work closely with the relocation consultants to ensure that all clients receive exceptional service from consultation to departure.
4. Marketing & Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Provide input on digital marketing campaigns, event planning, and promotional materials to enhance brand awareness.
5. Regulatory Knowledge & Industry Expertise:
- Stay informed of the latest visa regulations, education trends, and government policies related to WHV and internship programs in Australia.
- Ensure that the team and clients are updated on all relevant legal and regulatory changes that may impact relocation processes.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Set and monitor performance goals for the team, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare regular reports on activities, performance metrics, and market trends for upper management.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments.
7. Team Collaboration & Travel:
- Travel frequently to meet with partners, clients, and staff to build strong relationships and drive success.
- Collaborate with the wider company leadership team to ensure cohesive operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in regional or operations management, preferably in the education, relocation, or international student services sectors.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership, business development, and partnership building.
- Experience working with international visa systems and educational institutions is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with visa processes, especially regarding Australia’s WHV and internship regulations, is beneficial.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
