Here is an opportunity to join a well established retailer that is putting large investments into continue building out their Digital/Ecommerce business. The Ecommerce team you will be joining includes merchandising strategy, site merchandising, digital growth, performance marketing, and more.
As the Sr Manager, Digital Growth you will be a key leader of the Digital Merchandising and Operations team, this role will lead and execute growth initiatives for the eCommerce platform, driving both revenue and user engagement. Candidates for this role must have experience working with senior leadership, a background within growth marketing for retail/ecommerce businesses and experience leading growth initiatives, with a focus on eCommerce or digital marketing,
Key Requirements – Must Haves
- 7+ years of experience leading growth initiatives, with a focus on eCommerce or digital marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, driving revenue for an eCommerce platform.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams and direct reports.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive outcomes autonomously.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology and innovation environment preferred.
- Strong technical depth with experience in data and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SQL etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability for the eCommerce platform.
- Partner and manage growth marketing initiatives including product-led growth, user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Help deliver Digital P&L through the creation, coordination, connection of the traffic, conversion and merchandising plans.
- Oversee the weekly, monthly, quarterly performance and P&L of the eCommerce site, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and data teams to align growth strategies with overall business goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, testing, and learning to continuously improve growth performance. Utilize data tools and analytics to track performance, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions.
- Drive the implementation of platform, data, and infrastructure projects to support growth initiatives. Communicate vision, strategies, and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach, deeply understanding customer needs and challenges.
