Mission
The Marketing Graphic Designer visually communicates the brand's identity and message through compelling and innovative design solutions, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand experience across all platforms. This role collaborates with stakeholders to define and evolve the brand's visual identity, creating engaging marketing materials, product designs, and user interfaces that resonate with the target audience.
Responsibilities
Visual Asset Creation: Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates and print collateral.
Brand Development: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure all designs reflect the company's brand identity and messaging.
Conceptualization and Execution: Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute design projects that meet specific marketing goals and audience needs.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, including marketing and creative teams, to refine and enhance designs, making sure final outputs align with project objectives and brand standards.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Apply this knowledge to keep our designs fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing
Bachelor’s Degree graduate
Proficiency in graphic and web design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)InDesign, Canva, and related tool.
Experience working with International clients is highly preferred
Experience working with an E-commerce business is highly preferred
Experience working with AI tools is highly preferred
Portfolio of work spanning a range of creative projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrates dedication, work ethics, and teamwork attitude
