Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Website Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for web. design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create user-friendly, visually appealing WordPress website designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our UK-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the front end of dynamic, sophisticated, high-quality and innovative WordPress websites using modern design technologies.
• Ensure brand consistency and a seamless user experience across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, best practices, and WordPress related technologies.
• Manage multiple web design projects simultaneously and flawlessly meet deadlines.
• Optimise web. designs for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create website designs that meet all client goals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in designing high-end websites for commercial companies, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills.
• Expertise in using Figma.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi).
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Experience with other web design tools such as Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with other front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, TailwindCSS).
• Additional skills in graphic design, development or digital marketing are a plus.
