Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Strong proficiency in Ruby programming language and Rails framework
• Solid understanding of web application development principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React JS
• Familiarity with Hotwire
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
