Art Director (Fluent English) in BRAZIL

Wingz Media is a Los Angeles based marketing agency specializing in helping brands elevate their presence and achieve their goals.

We're looking for a talented Creative Director to join Wingz Media Creative team.

Main Responsabilities:

• Collaborate with the production of Video and Static Creative projects for Marketing campaigns.
• 
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and gather insights from competitors, applying them to improve our creative strategies
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to develop brand-aligned content.
• Create and maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
• Lead the ideation process, developing pitches and briefings for the production team that align with our strategies
• Oversee the creative process from conception to execution, ensuring a seamless production flow and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• 2+ years of experience as a Content Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to work independently.
