Your Job

As a full-stack developer you will be joining our multinationa highly skilled team of developers that cover various disciplines and technologies. Though each developer brings his or her own perspectives and specialties, we consider development a team effort. This job opening is for a full-stack developer, but we realize that you may want to specialize or focus on a certain aspect, and we’ll happily explore how we can help you with that.

We belief that close cooperation is the key to a high-quality product offering. Our developers take pride in contributing to our ReadID technology with impact on society. Cooperation is facilitated by our friendly working environment and flat and informal local based structure. Ideas for solutions are brought to the table by everyone and jointly discussed and explored. Furthermore, we have a very diverse and international customer base with their specific (technological) challenges, hence never a dull moment.

  • Be a part of our server development team, with backend developers (mostly Java, but also Python and Ruby-on-rails) and frontend (mostly Angular and Typescript)
  • Develop the frontends for our web services: the ReadID Management portal, our Documentation portal and our IAM service (Keycloak)
  • Work closely with our UI and UX designers
  • Bring the front-ends of our web services together by introducing a design system with shared components
  • Contribute to the roadmap for ReadID
  • Contribute to our automated UI and API testing
  • Optionally contribute to our big-data analysis of our logging (ReadID Analytics)
  • Optionally become part of our DevOps/CloudOps approach
  • Optionally contribute to our backend development
  • Work with and for customers from all over the world

Our development team has two locations: Valencia and Enschede. There are possibilities to work from the other locations once in a while, for example, to escape the Valencia summer heat or the wet Enschede autumn for a couple of weeks.

Who are you?

  • You have a university (MSc) or applied university/college (HBO/BSc) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Security or similar
  • You can speak and write English
  • You have experience with front-end development in Angular & Typescript. The basics: HTML, CSS and Javascript are a piece of cake for you.
  • You have a strong feel for UI and UX design and preferably know your way in Figma
  • You are not afraid to become more full-stack by learning our frameworks and tools like Java (EE), Ruby on Rails or Keycloak
  • You are security minded
  • You currently live at travelling distance from Enschede or Valencia, or are willing to relocate here. You work at least 2 days a week at the office.

What do we offer?

  • We offer a challenging work environment where you can make a difference in reducing identity fraud. You will work in a team of more than 65 highly qualified researchers, developers, architects and UX designers from 17 countries
  • Within Inverid, you will get extensive opportunities to specialize in different sectors and technologies, as a solid foundation for the rest of your career with internal and external training courses
  • Inverid offers a competitive salary with a result-dependent variable remuneration on top
  • Inverid offers a fully employer-paid pension and the option to buy additional holidays
  • We consider work-life balance very important and offer the possibility of flexible hours and working from home. Part-time is possible with a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • Naturally, you will receive a high-end laptop (Windows or Macbook) and a phone from us
  • We support relocation if necessary, both financially and actively
  • Inverid has a recognized sponsorship from the Dutch government, which makes it possible for candidates from outside the EU to obtain a work visa
