Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with experience in automated trading, particularly in the cryptocurrency market. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in both trading strategies and software engineering, with a track record of building successful trade bots and executing profitable strategies in the crypto space. This role offers the opportunity to develop new trading strategies, prototype them, and work with our team to scale them out. Creativity and innovation are encouraged, with the chance to launch new funds based on novel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new automated trading strategies in the cryptocurrency market.
• Prototype and test trading algorithms, optimizing for performance and risk management.
• Collaborate with the team to scale successful strategies and integrate them into the firm's portfolio.
• Contribute to the development of new funds and investment strategies, leveraging your expertise in the crypto market and trading technology.
• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on automated trading and algorithmic trading strategies.
• Proven experience building and deploying successful trade bots in the cryptocurrency market.
• Strong knowledge of trading concepts, financial markets, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred), Python, Java, C#, C++, etc.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, market data analysis, and arbitrage strategies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
