Role Overview:
As a Development Team Lead at fyaora LABS, you will take full ownership of the technical development of our platform, overseeing everything from architecture to deployment. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team to build the core systems that power our customer, service provider, and admin interfaces. This includes the integration of advanced cloud services, real-time communication features, and payment automation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, for our cross-platform on-demand service platform.
- Architect and scale the back-end services, ensuring robustness and flexibility as the platform grows.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway.
- Develop and implement real-time features using technologies such as Socket.io or Pusher for instant updates between customers and service providers.
- Automate payment processing using Stripe.js, integrating with accounting systems to handle service provider payouts and platform fee management.
- Implement secure API communication using JWT or Auth0 for token-based authentication.
- Ensure smooth integration and data flow across the customer, provider, and admin interfaces, working closely with front-end and DevOps teams.
- Optimize and scale applications to ensure reliability, performance, and fault tolerance.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar for continuous integration and deployment.
- Oversee database management, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval, and handle complex data relationships between service providers, customers, and platform administrators.
- Ensure high availability and system resilience through DevOps best practices, monitoring and troubleshooting using AWS CloudWatch and Sentry.

Skills & Proficiency Requirements:
- Leadership experience (at least 7 years) in managing or leading development teams in the delivery of high-complexity software solutions.
- Proven expertise in cloud architecture, especially with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudFront.
- Strong back-end development skills with proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript. Experience with Node.js for managing REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience in C++ is a plus, particularly for performance optimization.
- Knowledge of real-time communication libraries such as Socket.io or Pusher.
- Experience with Stripe.js for payment processing and integrating with financial systems.
- Deep understanding of JWT, Auth0, or Firebase Authentication for secure user authentication and API integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch.
- Experience in agile development, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, mobile developers, and DevOps engineers.
- Mobile application experience using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin is a bonus.
- Experience with Postman for API testing and Swagger for API documentation.
- Experience or basic knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence is a must
