You are highly motivated and creative, with a desire to always be learning and growing yourself personally and professionally. Working closely with our product developers, support team, and business clients, you will be part of a team that administers and supports the Leasepath application, Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will gain exposure to all operational functions of the company, with future opportunities to hone your skills in areas of interest. Sometimes you will be working with customers, and need to be consultative in finding solutions, which you have proven in the past to handle with ease. You possess both critical and creative thinking and a passion for fast-paced problem-solving. You love to have fun and are motivated to work in a fast-paced and innovative team.

You will work with the Leasepath product team to administer tenants and Azure servers around the globe. You will be using the cutting edge of Microsoft technologies and help us maximize the use of Microsoft DevOps for CI/CD and quality management.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced Microsoft Azure Certified Administrator
  • You have experience in a software products company
  • You're a hands-on collaborator that has a growth mindset who excels at problem-solving, communicating clearly, and finding new ways to get things done
  • History of collaborating with technical teams in the SaaS industry
  • Passion for new technology, knowing when to use it, and when not to use it
  • Understanding of appropriate levels of quality, security, performance and test/deployment automation
  • Collaborates with the leadership teams and peers to standardize consistent practices and quality measures to deliver the highest levels of quality, performance, scalability, and reliability
  • You are truthful and direct in communications to customers while being tactful and consultative
  • You bring energy and curiosity to help the entire team solve complex problems


Responsibilities

The Leasepath SysAdmin is a strategic position that crosses the Product, Support, Security Infrastructure roles. The SysAdmin continually monitors environments to ensure optimal use for developers, and monitors customer environments too. Responsibilities envisioned are:


  • Cloud provisioning and administration for Azure (Virtual Machines, Networks), Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office and Exchange
  • Cloud and Work From Anywhere Cybersecurity – Policies, Implementation, Enforcement, logging and Monitoring
  • Managing and optimizing infrastructure assets to balance cost and performance
  • Make architectural decisions to ensure strong, stable, and scalable systems
  • Manage and reconcile CSP NCE Licensing in Microsoft Partner Center for multiple regions
  • Work with Microsoft Support for Partners Incident Support Operations
  • Perform IIS Web Application deployments and Solution installations; create new tenants and manage domains
  • Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes to meet the company’s business continuity strategies
  • Evaluate and improve Cyber Security policies and ensure compliance
  • Procure, set up and manage internal IT assets and licenses (MSOffice, Exchange, MS Teams, VoIP, VPN)
  • Create and maintain documentation of system configuration and operating processes
  • Implement, manage and monitor service health of Azure Cloud
  • Maintain knowledge base and support materials
  • Assist with DevOps CI/CD and release management
  • Assist clients with configuration and data management
  • Engage with partners and third-party service providers

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Cloud Services, Windows Server, IIS, Azure
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Full understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
  • PowerShell and knowledge of JSON and XML for configuration files
  • Azure CLI
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mind with an ability to quickly dissect information
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third-party products
  • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office productivity tools


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • An understanding of Customer Engagement Software concepts
  • Knowledge of the asset finance and commercial lending industry
