Senior Product Designer in ROMANIA

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in creating exceptional user experiences for our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and user-centric design process.

Job Location:

• Full Remote or Suceava, Romania.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience, with a strong focus on prototyping, user interaction, research, and atomic design;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation;
• Proven track record of delivering successful design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment;
• A passion for staying updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and industry advancements.

Extra credit:

• Experience with interaction design (Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, After Effects or anything that gets the job done);
• Experience with development to facilitate collaboration with the technical team and inform design decisions;
• Experience in leading design sprints or facilitating creative workshops;
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing.
