About The Role

It all starts with people, so we are looking for a passionate Office Manager, Part-time.
About Your Tasks
- Showing our new joiners our office on their first day and how everything works, safety exits
- You take care of birthdays, anniversaries, vouchers and other benefits for our employees
- You support the planning and organization of company-wide events and meetings and work closely with the teams and management
- Support in travel tool management and travel bookings
- Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering
- Plan in-office or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations in collaboration with the People team
About You
- Proven experience as an Office Manager
- Very good written and spoken German (min B2) and English (B2) skills
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
