Responsibilitie
- s:Manage and administer the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policie
- s.Oversee enrollment processes and ensure employees understand their benefit options and eligibility requirement
- s.Collaborate with insurance brokers and vendors to negotiate competitive benefit packages and manage benefit cost
- s.Stay up-to-date on federal and state regulations related to employee benefits and ensure compliance with all mandatory requirement
- s.Develop and maintain employee benefit records, including enrollment, change forms, and beneficiary designation
- s.Resolve any employee inquiries or concerns related to benefits and provide guidance and support as neede
- d.Work closely with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit deductions and payment
- s.Communicate with employees at all levels to educate them on benefit programs and promote employee understanding and utilizatio
