REISE is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving client success. In this dynamic role, you’ll be pivotal in nurturing existing partnerships while identifying new growth opportunities in the digital landscape.

A background in digital marketing, content creation, or account management will give you a significant advantage in understanding our clients' needs. In addition to maintaining strong relationships, you’ll also develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
Your day-to-day will involve managing client-related tasks, conducting regular check-ins, updating client information, and identifying opportunities to recommend tailored product solutions. What You’ll Do:- Conduct strategic partnership workshops and presentations.
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
- Campaign optimisations.
- Competitor and Market analysis.
- Liaise with different departments about client queries.
- Upselling and cross-selling: Offer advice to clients on services and products.
- Support in helping to capture client information.
- Crisis management and conflict resolution.
- Trendspotting and innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and recommend how clients can leverage them.
- Participate in marketing campaigns in brainstormings, strategy creation and business development.
- Help with new client onboarding, delivery of tasks and content.
- Play an advisory role to partner and client requests and troubleshoot challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients from a strategic level and future-forward mindset.
- Engaging with the Client to understand the general strategy regarding operational requirements, budget constraints and future operational needs.
- Document all internal and external communications and organise the documentation on the project management software.
- Budget and ROI Tracking: Ensure budgets are effectively allocated and track ROI on marketing investments.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed monthly/quarterly reports showing campaign performance and alignment with client KPIs.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with a focus on client-facing roles and campaign management.
- 1-2 years of experience in client services/account management, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Experience with key digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting digital performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker who can align marketing strategies with client goals and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Creative problem-solver who can quickly troubleshoot challenges and offer innovative solutions.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of maintaining thorough documentation within project management systems (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday).
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
- Adaptable and proactive, willing to take ownership and go the extra mile to drive client success and business growth.
