We believe in being kind, generous and honest as well as hardworking and passionate. Tiny Lagoon Studios is open to hearing from professionals returning to work. If you’ve had a little time out with your family or taken a career break, we’re happy to consider you if you have the right skills.
We are looking for someone with the right cultural fit as much as the attributes for the role. Whilst the core function of the role will require the individual to have top-notch digital skills, we are happy to consider up-skilling the right individual in any rusty areas. We are very much looking to hire for ‘will’ as much as ‘skill’ if the individual has the right attitude for joining our close-knit team.
About the company
Tiny Lagoon Studios is a creative solutions agency specialising in consumer marketing providing Content, Design, Social Media, Web and Marketing expertise to large and small businesses alike.
Founded by a brother and sister duo, Tiny Lagoon was born out of the desire to help businesses looking for a more humble approach to their outsourcing experience. At Tiny Lagoon we believe everyone deserves quality and care.
Our vision
Local touch on a global scale.
If you feel as strongly as we do about encouraging everyone to live life on a more down to earth level, then this could be the perfect environment for you to work in. Our goal is to be authentic, not unique. You’ll find our uniqueness in what we build for our clients and the relationships that we are proud to hold.
The day to day
You will be joining an exciting team of experts who are passionate about all things digital and love what they do inside and out of work.
You will be reporting directly to our Client Services Director and will work closely with our Managing Director and CEO.
We are looking for someone who is both organised and imaginative. You will thrive on producing thumb-stopping content that both engages and excites, and be comfortable forming strategies such as tone of voice and editorial guidelines. You will reshape the status quo when it comes to brilliantly simple content creation and not rely on big production budgets to disrupt social feeds.
A typical day would consist of preparing, editing and planning content with both our clients and third-parties within the fashion, toy, gaming, and entertainment sectors. You will be liaising with multiple internal and external teams to deliver the best variety of content. Day-to-day this means you will be leading all social media publishing and copywriting processes for our clients, as well as delivering a variety of other exciting projects.
Reporting directly to our Client Services Director, this is an important role that will involve working closely with our clients to deliver digital projects from brief to execution.

- Contribute to overall development and improvement of our client’s processes, platforms and strategies.
- Schedule and post content within our client’s social media management tools
- Have an understanding of web management, UI/UX principles, and video production.

- Understand regulations for social media, asset use, and online compliance.
- Manage and deliver governance processes. Responsible for centrally managing crisis plans and editorial guidelines.
- Have experience creating client pitches to build and strengthen new relationships.

About you…
- A good communicator who can drive consistency. You will be working with client stakeholders at all levels, so we need someone who is well-versed in managing expectations and constructively pushing back or advising where needed.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with an excellent command of written English and are au fait with all social media platforms. Most content will be pre-planned, however the occasional turnaround time due to embargoed content will require the candidate to self-sufficiently deliver client work.
